There is nothing that prayer can't help solve, balong. I entreat you to do a novena to Our Blessed Mother Mary, the Mother of Perpetual Help. Resign your anger and grievances, pray for the strength to release your anger. Ask for the strength to forgive, and the strength to not be bothered by heresays. I encourage you to do a 9 day novena silently in your room. The devotional novena is powerful.

Stay positive, and tone down the hatred, balong. Hatred and anger hurts the soul. May God Bless you, Balong.
