here in germany most of the federal states supports same sex marriage, civil ceremony of course. It is a basic human right

I believe that they should be allowed to have civil union, but marriage? I am against the latter. The Church teaches us that marriage is solely between man and woman, not man and man or woman and woman.

they should not, please.  i mean, there's got to be a law to protect their partnership, as in who has the primary right to a partner's estate upon his death, but a union in the eyes of the law?  sorry, but that's beyond me as it is beyond us to be one of four wives allowed by some other religion.
