Anger Should Not Control You

The goal of anger management isn't to become a placid, 'Stefford Wife' devoid of emotion. It's to learn how to use the energy created by the emotion to create positive outcomes. Don't let yourself be led by your anger. Learn to choose your actions based on your values and put your emotions to work for you--giving you the energy to act, the drive to 'right wrongs', and the desire to pursue your dreams.
