A Form 4 was filed by the Estate of Helen Walton today, reflecting that her estate is no longer a voting member of Walton Enterprises, LLC and, as a result, now has no voting or investment authority over the Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. common shares owned by Walton Enterprises.
