1. When certain 'friends' decided to talk behind my back, despite my love for them and despite showing my genuine loving-kindness for them. It is hurtful to think that a person whom you thought of as a friend could hold so much disdain for you. Its actually disgusting.

2. When a relative of mine made some decisions that were contrary to what was good for her. In the end, she learned through her mistake, but only after defying me and getting hurt in the end. When she came to me looking for comfort, I came to her to give it, but I was disappointed that she defied me and got hurt after how many times I told her to be careful about certain people.

And as her brother, was there to help mend her heart.

The passing of patients. I know that we cannot save all patients as medicine is not perfect. However, whenever I find out that a patient I know had passed away -- it always disappoints me.
