Since birth I did not experienced best Pres. in our motherland,  :( hope the new admin. will do.  :)

 Sa ako lang oipinion , the best president in the Philippines is Gloria Arroyo. WHy? bisan ug giunsa ug corrupt ang atong kwarta ,wala lang gihapon mahurot. Still she was able to sustain  a stable government despite of many problems: corruption, peace and order, rebellion, flood and other calamities.
