MANILA, Philippines â€" The indefatigable Manny Osmeña has many reasons to celebrate, but foremost in his mind when he invited the media to a wine pairing dinner in his newly rebranded Mövenpick Hotel & Resort recently was to offer thanksgiving for the 49 awards from seven countries that his Manny O Wines have garnered in only three years. “For someone born not making wine, I’m very, very happy to get so many awards,” he says.

Aside from the update on his thriving wine business, Business Agenda sat the dynamo down to talk about how his hotel business is doing, and his latest acquisitions in the airline services industry.
