Tambagi ko Noy Kulas: Luyat ang performance


DEAR Noy Kulas,

Good day!

Simple ra kaayo ni akong problema. Gani maora ra nig kataw-anan sa uban.

Mahitungod ni sa akong sekswalidad. Dili sa panghinambog, maayo sad baya ko og hitsura. Sakto sad ko sa lawas. Gani, daghan man ang modayeg sa akong lawas kay dako kuno. Porma pa gyud ang mga muscle bisan wa ko ga-gym.

Sedentary gyud ko nga type sa pagkatawo. Kaon-tulog ra, ilabina karon nga bakasyon ko. Seaman man ko. 27 years old pa ko karon.

Ang akong problema bahin sa akong performance sa sex. Matingala ko, Noy, kay tagsa ra man gyud ka round ang akong makaya sa usa ka adlaw. Bisan unsaon nako og paningkamot nga mogahi og balik, di na man gyud. Dali ra kaayo ko gahian sa una, apan kon gusto na ko mo round 2, dili na man. Moreklamo na akong uyab. Usahay maulaw na lang ko. Tawgon na gud kong lolo.

Wala gyud untay problema bahin sa babaye kay sa akong trabaho, stable na gud ko. Mao na daghan sad ko og uyab. Silang tanan parehas og reklamo. Mag-exercise ka. Kay ugat man gyud na nga principal, ang makapabarog niana mao ang nag-flow nga blood. Sa ato pa, kon maayo ang circulation, bisan nipis nga sayal ang mosaghid, motindog dayon ni. Ang usa sa makapaayo sa circulation sa dugo mao ang maayong supply sa oxygen nga makuha diha sa ehersisyo.

Mao ne ang maayo, once a day ra kay nagbili-bilin para ugma. Naa bitaw  koy nahibal-an nga mucho kaayo, tag-upat daw sa isa ka adlaw.Pero pag-abot sa 40 iyang edad, na  totally impotent siya kay subra ka higal. Nahudtan na ug lana.
