Actor Edu Manzano has denied rumors that he got married to his ex-girlfriend, broadcast journalist Pinky Webb, in a secret ceremony abroad, reports ABS-CBNNews.com. "Although I just arrived from my Asian trip last night, it doesn't mean I got married," he said on Tuesday.

According to ABS-CBNNews.com, earlier reports said the former couple tied the knot abroad to prevent the wedding from turning into a carnival-like ceremony.

Manzano told ABS-CBNNews.com that his friendship with Webb has grown after their separation. Earlier, he said they split up after he decided to run for vice president in the recent elections.
