A waterproof way to seal plastic bags no need to buy expensive Ziploc!!

No need to buy Ziploc or use rubber bands that does not work as efficiently.
Cut up a disposable water bottle at the neck as shown in photo.



Insert the loose end of the filled up plastic bag through the cutoff  neck and use the bottle cover to srcrew seal the bag.
