Try carrot salad. Chop into small pieces, mix with chop ginger and mayonnaise. Add sugar to taste.

Yes I do, and I highly recommend it to all my patients (including all of you guys in TB!)

Carrots are a great source for beta-carotene, and can help improve rod conditions--which helps in night vision and overall vision !
