looks like arrows he is meditating but I have seen the actual bed and nails before in San Francisco Madams Tussuad Famous Wax Museum!

Look closely. Naay rubber sa tumoy sa arrow. So dili ni painful. Kon tinuod ni siya nga naghigda, mahimo man ni kay kon daghan ang nagtuko maka suporta man jud, kay ang weight ma distribute man sa kada arrow.
