A certain Survey confirmed that 65 % of the Philippines populations are stray citizens (Taogal) which mean that these citizens have not own any certificate of real property in the Philippine. They are Filipinos because of their birth certificate and passport as their proof.
According to the survey Palestinians are the highest number of stray citizens in the world because they don’t have land/country and the next are Filipinos because sad to say that several Filipinos haven’t own land in the Philippine mao nga gabagdoy bagdoy nalang.
