You're right, the accent is definately a dead give away.
Pero for me, I can tell whenever a girl is Bisaya. They have that face (not full proof tho)

My dad's family comes from Leyte--and he has a very strong character, spirit. My Mom is Valenciana, born and raised jud. Very giving, forgiving, pero ug ma suko, ma suko jud! Ma hadlok galing ahong Dad sa ahong mom. Ug ma suko na jud si Mom, mo give in na jud si Dad. LOL
