in this light
i can see you.
i can tell when a smile is on your face.
i know where you hide your hands,
see every ray of moonlight in your eyes,
and where your hair,
down to the last strand,
falls on your dress.
and if the moon decides
to hide
behind clouds tonight,
the night would not be dark.
you are here to take her place,
and i, like the sea,
drift to where you will me.

Yes, it was written with a Boholana in mind, but it was written so many years ago, long before the cabernet sauvignon, Sir Ben.   However, I am not adverse to a bottle of one right now.  Naa ba diha?
