As part of the Bureau of Customs' (BOC) commitment to engage its stakeholders, the Bureau is posting Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on items sent in kind,  particularly, gifts sent through various means such as airfreight and seafreight.

The Bureau also advises its stakeholders to contact BOC through hotline 02-8705-6000, instagram, facebook and twitter or email boc.cares@customs.gov.ph for any queries and concerns.
