Well for one his window shades are closed, so he must have been just posing or just looking at his own reflection from the mirror.

Secondly, this is probably at night time because it is dark outside and one, I can see the reflection of the light in the motorcycle's left side mirror; therefore it indicates it must be dark outside since the lights are on.

So, therefore I'm assuming this guy is just posing for the camera man. Based on the picture, that is.
