nah, kinahanglan kaunon jud nang cake bem kay gihaguan sa cake artist. pero bitaw ba, wedding cake always play a big role in every wedding receptions.

unsa ang ibutang sa mga ing ana nga cakes tita? i mean, cakes that looks real..like gold bars, or mura jud ug flower.. mura jud ug wall sa balay..etc.. naa na i pahid?

Bem, the cake is iced first with buttercream or royal, then covered with fondant.  It's like a sugar gum paste.  Kanang flowers, sugar gum paste na sya.  The difference with gum paste and fondant, the gum paste hardens easily while ang fondant, if it's used to conver the cake, it continues to be soft.  It keeps the cake moist too.
