Hahay Jonelle!  Only God knows what really happen...  Bai knew who killed her... Shed some light my friend to whoever did this brutal crime.  We want to help you as far as we can go.  We will fight for justice to be served as soon as possible.  If justice will be serve I know your soul will be at peace.

Help us... Wherever you are right now... Touch them... Let them dream of you and that terrible night...over and over again until they die.

God, please help us solve this case as well.  I am requesting to pls spare a few minutes of your busy life to pray for justice and eternal repose of her (Bai) soul.

Unborn Existence

Confusion circles my already deranged head
Dragging me without direction,
A feeling of helplessness convicts
Still unclear with my intention.

I skulk in the chamber of my fears
Not wanting a soul to know
Scared like a beaten rabbit
Though wanting my qualms to go.

I feel the condemning world on my shoulder
Thus making it hard to choose
But I secured my decision
Not knowing in the end I’ll lose.

The wind hustled by with an eerie moan
And as it slowly died,
I plundered my own flesh selfishly
And in agony I cried.

Conscience, please don’t slap me!
A disturbed lament is heard
My mind is so distorted now
My own life has been cursed.

The blinding light is focused on me
I can never hide nor depart,
Because every now and then I feel him
Sinking deep in my heart.

The snake behind me hissed with laughter,
I have accepted his offering
Regret sings me a melancholy
As I do my tears of mourning.

‘No pressure’ on police

POLICE Regional Office (PRO) 7 Director Ronald Roderos yesterday said the transfer of Chief Insp. Eddie Recamara was the “judgment call” of the Mandaue City police director.

Asked about questions raised regarding Recamara’s transfer, Roderos said that Mandaue City Police Office Director
Orlando Ualat only informs him of his decisions to transfer officers after the orders have been carried out.

This is why, he said, he may not attend the council session seeking his and Ualat’s explanation on Recamara’s relief.

Recamara headed the Investigation and Detective Management Bureau (IDMB), which investigated the death of call center supervisor Lynn Vi Ebarita. His team was responsible for the filing of a complaint against Jonelle Enfectana.

Before the case could be wrapped up, however, he was transferred as chief of Station 4 in Mandaue City.

Vice Mayor Carlo Fortuna plans to invite Roderos and Ualat to shed light on the officer’s relief.

“Col. Ualat is my representative. Wa man ko kahibaw bahin ana. Whatever is the invitation, we will send a representative from this headquarters,” he said.

As to the timing of the relief, Roderos said he will ask Ualat about it.

There were allegations that there was an attempt to cover up the investigation in the murder of Ebarita.

Ebarita’s father, Vic, wrote to City Councilor Diosdado Suico and asked that Recamara remain in the unit while the other suspects in his daughter’s murder are still at large.

Roderos said just because Recamara was transferred, it did not mean he could not continue helping them. He added that someone would be tasked to continue his work.

He said that the allegations that someone from Eastern Visayas has been pressuring them to relieve Recamara were just speculations.

Roderos said he has not received any calls from anybody asking them not to push through with the filing of the case against Enfectana.

“The only pressure there was to solve the case,” Roderos explained.

Regarding remarks made against the Cebu City Police Office’s failure to solve high-profile cases quickly like Mandaue City, Roderos said they should not be demoralized.

“Dili man ni lumbaanay (This is not a race),” Roderos told reporters.

He assured that he was satisfied with how the CCPO managed to drastically bring down the crime rate.

“Dili nato i-compare. Crime is unique. Some are perpetrated by amateurs, some by hired killers. Some witnesses come forward immediately, some are very hesitant,” Roderos said.

He pointed out that he has constantly rewarded personnel of the CCPO when they have solved cases.

“We want to investigate carefully. We want to tighten the case so that it will result in conviction. That is the goal there. Slowly and but surely,” Roderos said. He added that he did not compare the two offices and gave out rewards and commendations when they deserved it.

“They should not be demoralized. This should serve as a challenge to them. Maningkamot, ba. They are doing their best. I am not comparing them. I am rewarding them,” he told reporters. (MEA)

I like a person who knows his own mind and sticks to it; who sees at once what, in given circumstances, is to be done, and does it.[/color]

---> this best describes Lynn Vi !!!

Of crimes injurious to the persons of private subjects, the most principal and important is the offense of taking away that life, which is the immediate gift of the great creator; and which therefore no man can be entitled to deprive himself or another of, but in some manner either expressly commanded in, or evidently deducible from, those laws which the creator has given us; the divine laws, I mean, of either nature or revelation.

William Blackstone, Commentaries on the Laws of England (1765-1769), Book IV, ch. 14: Of Homicide.
