For the first time, Boholanos can now have a taste of living in an exclusive subdivision complete with basic amenities like swimming pool, gated guardhouse, big roads, club house, parks, security, perimeter fence and many others typical of high end subdivisions comparable to those in Cebu and Manila.

Last Thursday, Royal Palms Panglao, a subdivision developed by Primaryhomes Inc. in Cebu, opened it's gate to welcome guests and the general public to view their six model houses, so that the public can see, feel and experience what it is to  be in the high end community. Indeed, a lot of curious crowds and interested clients came and usher to the extraordinary event which was full of fanfare, nice foods, big names as invited guests and enjoy the entertainment brought about by celebrities and artists from Cebu. The event was started with a mass held by Fr. Victor Bompat, followed the blessing of the new model houses.

Awed by the beauty of the houses, amenities and the environment, six clients decided to buy units on the spot and made deposit payments for the house models and lot they chose. This only disproves the claim that Bol-anons are not easy to convince by marketers to buy assets like a house and lot. Our folks have realistically come of age as far as placing their savings on assets, than on liabilities.

Royal Palms Panglao is the first in Bohol and in Dauis as an exclusive and resort-type subdivision. So far, its quality and what it can offer cannot be found in Bohol yet, and not until a year or two from now. Primaryhomes pioneered this kind of project and soon other developers may follow to cater to the changing taste and needs of Bol-anons as far convenient and high end housing project is concerned.

A big percentage of the units had already been sold during the pre-selling period and during the model house launching. There are still a lot of house and lots available which are in strategic locations, like corner lots. To avail and take advantage of this opportunity, it is wise to make a decision now.

By the way, six days from today, prices will increase by 3% and down payment terms will change from 24 months to 18 months. There is still enough time to beat this deadline for those who may be interested.
