Talk of the Town / A MORAL ISSUE . . . Bohol Death Squad !
« on: August 14, 2007, 10:58:49 AM »

Mga 'Sano/a,

Mao- na ba ni ang situasyon nga ang atong publiko nakahuna-huna na into resorting to the extreme at the cost of sacrificing christian morality?

Mga 'Sano/a,

Let's have a roll of certified white elephants, useless projects and other publicly funded projects veering towards being one.

I will start with an obvious one. Please continue with the listup to include those that are not widely publicized and situated within the enclaves of the municipalities.

So, here goes . . . .

1. The Loboc Bridge as initiated by former BIR Chief Tomas Toledo.

We hope that starting with this listing, attempts at recouping the cost thru various means, like employing value engineering can be undertaken.

Hi Rosie Like No Other,

Allow me the honor of availing the Queen's Privilege!

Me and my monogamous partner has been thru the Perfumed Garden for sometime and its been an exhilarating experience for both of us. To avert monotony, we have experimented with enhancing our natural endowments. One recommended regimen to heighten pleasure is penile exercise for enlargement and better turgidity.

Hereunder is the process:

Penis Enlargement Methods and Exercises
Having a big penis doesn't hurt (usually), but most agree that the quality of sex is much more important than penis size.

The average length ranges from 5.5 to 6.5 inches. There are men who express dissatisfaction with 6-inch and long for 8-inches. As for women, they widely believe that a man’s penis size is irrelevant; being attentive to a woman’s sexual and emotional needs is a far more important factor than how well endowed a man is.

All in all, a man’s endowment is a helpful attribute in pleasing a woman, but actions speak louder than size. The fact is a man with a larger size covers more of the women’s vaginal erogenous zones, which can lead to higher stimulation. But it doesn’t mean anything if the man isn’t equipped mentally and sexually to work his tool.

As for ways to increase size there are many – yet only a few lead to satisfying results.

Penis Enlargement Exercises:

One of the main principles for enlargement is to improve circulation and to increase the volume of blood held within the erectile tissue. It is the erectile tissue that engorges with blood when sexually aroused resulting in an erection. The theory goes that if the erectile tissue can be encouraged to hold a greater volume of blood than it could otherwise naturally accommodate, then this will in turn result in a larger size both when erect and flaccid.

Jelqing (Milking) Exercise - The basic technique is quite simple to perform and relies on applying a milking motion along the length of the semi erect penile shaft. To achieve this, the thumb and forefinger are used to encircle the base of the penis. A moderately firm grip is used to maintain the partial erection and to ensure the blood is securely trapped. Maintaining this moderate pressure, the grip hand then slides forward along the length of the shaft and forces as much blood as possible into all areas of the erectile tissue. As the grip hand nears the end of the penile shaft the alternate hand then repeats the process, resulting in a continuous motion with each stroke taking around 1-2 seconds. To perform the Jelq correctly, it is often helpful to use a lubricant such as Orgy Oil as this helps the gripping hand to slide without resistance along the length.

Enlargement exercises are usually performed when the penis is flaccid. The basic technique involves gripping firmly around the head and then gently pulling forward. The idea of the stretch is not to pull the penis to the point of pain but to just pull sufficiently so that the penis is stretched to its maximum comfortable limit. An example of a stretching exercise would then be to hold the stretch for approximately 15 seconds before relaxing. To complete the session the process would then be repeated 10-15 times.

Weight Hanging - The use of weights and stretchers to enlarge the size, it is based on the principle of tensile force and the body's ability to adapt and change under such influence. Through the application of sustained and continuous tension, cells within an area subjected to such force divide and multiply, resulting in increased tissue mass.

Ballooning -
One of the ways to obtain a larger erection and size is by "ballooning". This method involves prolonging your ejaculation. Therefore, this means in order to begin ballooning, the first step is to learn how to last longer. You must be able to hold your ejaculation back 3-5 times during sexual activity. If it’s impossible to hold back the ejaculation or withhold from ejaculating prematurely then you must first take Kohinoor Gold to gain endurance. This will put you on the road to being a more sexually stimulating lover, as well as put you in the perfect position to practice the Penile Ballooning Technique.

While it is erect, begin massaging your penile shaft, footing, and base, pubis, groins, and scrotum to increase the blood flow. By holding back the ejaculation you will start to accelerate the metabolization of testosterone. All the while, you must hold back on ejaculation about 3 to 5 times. Then you will be free to release.

If you practice this technique frequently, it will stimulate growth in the corpora cavernosa, the spongy tissue in shaft. People who have practiced ballooning consistently have achieved gains anywhere from 1 to 3 inches. This technique takes practice, but the rewards are great!

Tips for a healthier penis
Get some extra sleep. An hour of extra sleep a day will add up to extra energy... for work, play and sex. This can interfere with your ability to perform sexually.

Eat healthy. You will derive all kinds of benefits from a diet rich in vitamins and low in fat. Your penis will also be more likely to function at full capacity.

Exercise. Working out will improve the blood flow that results from a healthier heart, which in turn benefits your penis.

Bohol Directory / A date for Bol-anons to commemorate .....
« on: June 12, 2007, 09:44:09 PM »

Today, is a date every Bol-anon should remember and commemorate!

Though we had previous periods of self rules, like during the times of Tamblot and Dagohoy, it was only in June 1899 that a formal state of Bohol was consituted.
It is commendable therefore for every Boholano citizen to commemorate that distinct event!

Here is an excerpt from historical records;

On June 11, 1899 the provincial officials and town officials of Bohol gathered at the Provincial Capitol Building for a constitutional convention. On the same day the constitution of the Republic of Bohol was approved and the officials of the republic were elected.

Don Bernabe Reyes was elected President, Don Salustiano Borja was elected Vice President and Rafael Reyes, Eduardo Calceta, Macario Sarmiento were elected Counselors (Consejeros). The army was under the command of Sargento Mayor Pedro Samson.

The Republic of Bohol existed and was governed independently until the arrival of the Americans in Bohol on March 17, 1900. The republic collected taxes and rendered services to the Boholanos.

Upon the arrival of the Americans the Boholanos protested but agreed to co-exist with the Americans. However, on September 1, 1990 war erupted between the Boholanos and the Americans. The Republic of Bohol prosecuted the war until the surrender of General Pedro Samson on December 23, 1901.

Philippine Business News / Beware of toothpaste from China !! !
« on: June 03, 2007, 10:37:02 PM »

Take note of this article from the US about toothpaste from China. If this is true and not just progaganda, let's beware....

There are lots of Chinese toothpaste brands now proliferating in the Philippines!

FDA says avoid toothpaste made in China

By KEVIN FREKING, Associated Press Writer

WASHINGTON - The government warned consumers on Friday to avoid using toothpaste made in China because it may contain a poisonous chemical used in antifreeze. Out of caution, the Food and Drug Administration said, people should throw away toothpaste with labeling that says it was made in China. The FDA is concerned that these products may contain diethylene glycol.

The agency is not aware of any poisoning from toothpaste in the United States, but it did find the antifreeze ingredient in a shipment at the U.S. border and at two retail stores: a Dollar Plus store in Miami and a Todo A Peso store in Puerto Rico.

Officials said they are primarily concerned about toothpaste sold at bargain retail outlets. The ingredient in question, called DEG, is used as a lower-cost sweetener and thickening agent. The highest concentration of the chemical found in toothpaste so far was between 3 percent and 4 percent of the product's overall weight.

"It does not belong in toothpaste even in small concentrations," said the FDA's Deborah M. Autor. The FDA increased its scrutiny of toothpaste made in China because of reports of contamination in several countries, including Panama.

The agency is particularly concerned about chronic exposure to DEG in children and in people with kidney or liver disease.

Agency officials said they had no estimate of how many tubes of tainted toothpaste might have made it into the U.S.

"Our concern today is potentially about all toothpaste that comes in from China," Autor said. "Our estimate is that China makes up about $3.3 million of the $2 billion U.S. toothpaste market."

The agency also issued an import alert Friday for all dental products containing DEG. The alert means toothpaste from China will be stopped at the border, she said.

Companies that make brands previously found with DEG will have to prove the toothpaste is free of the chemical before it's allowed into the country. Meanwhile, all other brands of Chinese-made toothpaste will be stopped for testing, something the agency has been doing since May 23.

The import alert posted by the government says DEG has been improperly used in a variety of sedatives, syrups and cough medicines worldwide. Most recently, a cough syrup containing DEG resulted in more than 40 deaths in Panama last September.

The alert says the agency found DEG in three products manufactured by Goldcredit International Trading in China. The products are Cooldent Fluoride, Cooldent Spearmint and Cooldent ICE. Analysis of the products revealed they contained between 3 percent and 4 percent DEG.

The agency also found the chemical in one product manufactured by Suzhou City Jinmao Daily Chemical Co. in China. Analysis of that product, Shir Fresh Mint Fluoride Paste, found it contained about 1 percent DEG.

China's food safety problems have in recent months become a matter of international concern, a situation reflected in trade talks between Chinese and U.S. officials in Washington last week.

Most notably, on March 15, FDA learned that certain pet foods were sickening and killing cats and dogs. FDA found contaminants in vegetable proteins imported into the United States from China and used as ingredients in pet food.
