General Topic / Re: 10 Ways to Marry the Wrong Person
« on: May 22, 2011, 07:49:22 AM »
It is better for the person to stay single or not married, but if it will make him/her to commit adultery or having contacts with different persons, then, it is better to marry ( qouted from the Bible). In my opinion, marriage is the best way to combat these sexually trasmitted diseases.

muslim man o kristiyano, isa lang ang Diyos nga ginasimba. Dili tanan kristiyano pareho, ug dili tanan muslim pareho. Si Mohammed ay propeta ng Diyos. Ang diperensya, Si Jesus Christ nagatudlo - "love your enemies, how about Islam? An eye for an eye,? Nagtrabaho ko sa middle east for a long time, ug daghan sa muslim didto ang buotan,. But I haven't met a muslim in Philippines that respects Christian way of life. And I have seen Christians respect Muslim way of life.

kini nga problema nahitabo sa tanan nga lugar sa Pilipinas. Ngano?

And the sad part of that story was, it was a Labrador- a dog known to be intelligent and loyal. Animal psychologist has always recommended to lay a border line between pets and humans. Like when dogs are allowed on bed, they are not taught who is in control of the household. I love dogs, I have a huge German shepherd who knows his limitations. And we go out on the beach occasionally.

If the pets are well cared, vaccinated, dewormed, then they may be good enough. The problem is, it's impossible to keep them at home. they are still animals whose instinct is to go out everywhere they can possibly go. Dili ko mosulti nga sila ang hinungdan sa maga sakit sakit, pero, very good carrier sila sa sakit e.g MRSA, influenza. The worst I could think of is the owner of the dog in France, who wiped out her face and she required a face transplant.

Very nice picture. Man and best friend. But I don't like the way man is treating animals nowadays. Animals on human bed? It is not a good idea. Firstly, the virus of an animal must not be transferred to humans, because our resistance is not like the animals. That's how these incurable diseases came to humans because of these practices.

Hmm. You sounded like you are a vegetarian. But that is good if you are. I remember as a child in elementary, that I use to sit under the shade of a large acacia tree to eat my lunch of rice and fish, and enjoy its massive shelter. I did have time to visit that tree after 40 yrs and it is still there. Much bigger and proud to give shelter to the next generation.

I still don't understand the reason why the mayor has to cut them down. She must have known the impact on the environment. It is beutiful to see a market place adorned with greens around it. It will appear like people are really buying fresh items on that place. The only reason  I can think of is " Attention ". She must have bored or not doing enough for the community and the trees got her attention instead. Poor trees and the community!

he, he, lain man ang tulay nga imong gilakwan. ang topic ay " tapeworm " na niadto sa lawas sa mga  Israelites, sa pig and sa mga cows. and then, bawal na pumatay. Ang gulo ano?

12
he, he, thank you. modatu ko ug ahat ana. But I was just sharing what i found out while reading the Book. back to the tapeworm, it really is a pest, lisud tangtangon once it is in the body.

No wonder Mr Ghandi commented that he did not like Christians because most Christians are not observing what Jesus taught.

14
Definitely. The law of the land is to try keep the place safe and peaceful, although almost impossible. An example is murder, which is covered by the " thou shall not kill" commandment. and there is a punishment for murder.

15
Oh yes, no one is forced to abstain from such foods. It is only for health reasons that the authors of the Bible wrote it, as instructed by God. It doesn't mean you don't get to heaven if you eat it. It's just to avoid getting too sick when we are older perhaps. To lessen the suffering-e.g stroke.

16
the israelites may not know, but they were instructed to squeeze or hammer out the remaining blood in the meat until it is white so that it is safer to eat. So, it is considered white meat. Try it.

17
I agree. However, let us remember that the laws of the land are based on the scriptures of the Bible. Not everyone responds exactly the same to whatever situations that come. It's like, in the family, there is a brave and strong , and there is a weak and lowly. Combining both should make a wise decision, one who thinks and decides (weak and lowly) and the other one implements ( brave and strong). As a whole, this group can make changes to mistakes already done.

Tapeworms are deadly and difficult to remove. If a small part is left into the body after cleansing, then, that remaining part somehow manages to grow again. Where do we get it? One meat I know it breeds within is the pig. It contains a lot of fat that protects the eggs of the tapeworm and can withstand heat ( the "litson type" ), becuase of the fatty tissues. That is why the Bible and Jesus Himself has forbidden the eating of unclean animals for our good health.

I gon't undrestand when you said ' we borrowed it from our children'. What does it mean?

marrying for the sake of money should not be condemned, but let everyone remember that money is the root of all evil. Most likely, that type of marriage will result in extra marital affairs and of course, may end up like anything from divorce to murders and we know very well of cases like that. So, it is much better to marry with love and financial security next in mind.
