OT: that intsik talker of a beautiful woman i sat beside said she once worked in hongkong, pero gikan siya sa northern china. her suitor (who became her husband) was a czech. tan-aw kuno siya dayon sa map kun asa nang czechoslovakia kay wa kuno siya kaila.

so they became husband and wife, and she made it clear that she grew up by the sea so their home as a couple must be beside the sea. ugtas siya pag-adto sa czech republic kay wa gyod tawoy dagat bisag gamay (the country being located in the middle of eastern europe).

Isles, when I was in high school , I had a very big crush for this girl who was in my AP Biology class. She was always # 1 in exams and I always was # 2. What I liked about her was her competitive nature, plus, cute to kaayo siya. I can never forget her name, Caroline.

no. she spoke english (the chinese way!) and we had to try all we can to catch what she meant.

(i chose bisaya as the medium for my account of her story.)

unya kay non-stop talker lagi tong intsika, estorya dayon siyag unsay kalaki niyag mahubog, mao nga mahadlok na siyang moinom ug alocoholic beverage (pareha mi aning dapita).

in that one country where they were, gipasakay kuno siyag taxi sa iyang kahubog, with instructions nga iadto sa embassy. kay intsik lagi, gihatod sa taxi driver sa chinese embassy. gibalibaran, di kuno to siya ilaha. giadto sa korean embassy, mao gihapon. sa japanese embassy, labaw.

pag-ingon kuno niya nga czech citizen siya, aw, medyo sayon na para sa taxi driver. ang problema kay wa pa kahibawo ang driver nga split na diay ang czechoslovakia, didto siya gihatod sa slovakian embassy imbis sa czech republic embassy. wa gihapon siya angkona, hahaha!

naka-enter lang kog estorya gamay sa ako pong experience sa kahubog. neighborhood outdoor new year's party to sa una pa. one neighbor was a real joker (he happens to be a dean of a medical school in cebu). he secretly kept adding to my glass of bailey's; i kept on drinking because you know how bailey's tastes-- sweet and creamy.

suddenly i felt i just had to climb a tree. naundang ang party kay tanan nagsige na lag hangad sa kahoy kay mahadlok sila mo-jump unya ko. gidayungan na lang ko pauli sa balay when i climbed back down.

at home, they tried to force coffee down my throat. i took it, and at once spit it back at their faces. nanagan na lang sila padung sa gawas. some neighbors went to the house to check if everything was all right. opkors, everything was all right kay puro coffee ang floor.

after that, wa ko mogawas sa balay for three days tungod sa kauwaw. only a thoughtful neighbor who came to assure me that it was all in a day and there really was nothing for me to be ashamed of did i get the courage to go out again.

mao nga di na gyod ko moinom ug alcoholic beverage because i know i can get wild.
