very delicate, indeed. last time i was on call during an OB/GYN rotation, i assisted in the delivery of triplets. each of them weighed less than 4 lbs each. they were placed in an intensive neonatal care as they were born premature. the one baby that i delivered was so small, isles. about the size of a hand. she was crying but weak kaayo iyang sound.

babies are so very precious.
