They're getting more formidable day by day. I hear that China is currently working on is 2nd carrier; with plans to have 4-5 carriers within the end of the decade. With this, they can truly challenge American naval hegemony in the western pacific. China, indeed, is a rising power....perhaps we should deal more cautiously with them?
What say you, guys? What can the Philippines do about this rising hegemon?
