i haven't come across rules on transferring. if there are, kindly tip me off.
but i did come across subjects on deletions and what are libelous and destructive to others. the former is beyond me, the latter is what struck me about the subject post. i repeat, i did not delete; i only transferred, leaving the decision on what to do with that post to the
more credible authorities in this forum.
because you seem sensitive about the rules that you wield, notwithstanding the fact that you are comebacking powers after a long drought, you have begun to look at the forest instead of the trees.
you'd rather mind the rules (approval from admins) rather than the subject post (bile)? doesn't anybody care anymore about the difference between the letter of the law and the spirit of the law, or that laws are made for man and not the other way around?

well, it is within your power to put back that subject post. i wonder what you would have done if that post were addressed to you and not to someone else.
