The word "Humility" in Chinese is Qiān xùn. It is phonetically said as "Ch-e-yan, Tsoon".

A traditional Chinese mannerism to show Humility is by forming a fist with one hand and covering it with the other hand. The fist is covered by an open palm, signifying one's yielding of hostility towards peace, a sign of humility. This is an ancient Chinese way of signifying peace, humility, and respect.
