Speak through your heart you'll know what to do. JUst say all the fun things you did together & what you'll miss & that you love him!
Say what your feelings are for him. Write down what your thinking, and say that.
Just think about the times you've shared. Maybe he took you fishing or taught you how to tie your shoe or even did that corny trick that grandpas do when they "pull a quarter from your ear"...Whatever those moments entailed, talk about them and what they meant to you. You'll be fine. Just keep it short and upbeat with fond memories.
