Dealing With Excessive Stress - How to Handle Being Overwhelmed And Be Happy Now
It was a Thursday, a few years back. I was in the kitchen happily preparing dinner when the horrifying news arrived. Little did we know it was the beginning of a landslide of horrifying news. There had been a massive crash in the financial markets and one of our investments was completely wiped out. This was an unexpected body blow but we'd diversified and thought we were safe. Wrong! As our investments scarily continued to slide in value, good husband scrambled to stop the bleeding. He did plug a lot of leaks but the bleeding continued and many of our investments became just a memory. Ouch! Not the most cheerful start to my story is it? But like all good stories it does have a happy ending.
