I lost 76 lbs since August 20, lupig paniwang sa Hollywood celebrities ani. I don't get hungry anymore and often I forget to eat... nadayonan. I've been diabetic since 1995 or 1998 and had been on insulin for almost 8 years. For some reason I'm off insulin na for almost 4 months. Kaon naman gani kog sneakers ug kitkat and still below 120 ang sugar. I know Bran can esplain it, I can't. Motoo na jud ko "we are what we eat." Now that I only eat ice chip, I guess you can describe me as cold and frigid, bwahahaha!

It's the beauty of medical surgery. Your weight loss also encouraged me to do some more physical activities. Since October , I've lost 15 lbs. Nag jogging ko after work. But important gajod to weight loss is to controlling the eating; instead of eating large meals 2 times a day, its good to snack on healthy food (fruits, steamed veggies, and some lean protein) 5-6 times a day. My goal is to lose an additional 40 lbs by July.
Kummusta naman ka sa imong high blood pressure? Did your Primary M.D. change the dosages / get rid of it ? Loosing 76 lbs is a great accomplishment, Fr. Roel. Good Job! Keep up the good work on staying healthy. And remember...
