Just sharing my experience for the past 3 weeks resulting from posting my online resume at linkedin.com
For the past two (2) weeks I was on an applying mode trying my marketability, entertain offers from giant IT companies in Manila. One was a panel interview ( 4 of them ), for the profiling and technical aspect. The suceeding week was a final interview with the IT group head. Result - status quo. Compensationwise, maybe I was asking too high.
Sayang ang plete edro balik balik.
This week is from another giant IT company based in eastwood libis. This is a take-it or leave-it arrangement.
The last 2 days is an urgent offer from an australian based company. The compensation is not so attractive but the career advancement is promising. Medyo libog pa decide kay nawili sa kinabuhi sa probinsya. Relax, daghan friends ug nawili sa mga golf buddies. There's no place like home. Huhuhu.
