Accountability, Man's Best Friend
Accountability is the best way to get to where you want to go. When you are held accountable something different happens. There is more of a sense of urgency; you don't want to let the other person down, which in turn is ultimately letting you down. That is why it can be extremely beneficial to hire a coach to achieve something you never have achieved.
