When It Is All About Me!Today, I was reconnecting with a former client; "Chris", and she reminded me of a story from when we first had coaching conversations two years ago. I had asked Chris, "When did you last look in the mirror and say I Love YOU?" She remembered crying because it was so difficult for her to say these words to herself. She went on to say that her practice was to meditate on these words and to discover how much love there was inside her heart for herself. It was an extremely difficult task and felt, at first, almost impossible.
