By DYRG News. ORMOC VILLA HOTEL WALA’Y OCCUPANCY PERMIT, GIPASIRHAN
ORMOC CITY, Leyte - Temporaryo nga gipasirhan sa lokal nga kagamhanan sa dakbayan sa Ormoc ang Ormoc Villa Hotel gumikan sa kalapasan niini sa National Building Code of the Philippines.
Gahapong adlawa, Mayo 24, 2022, giisyu sa Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) ang cease and desist order (CDO) alang sa temporaryo nga pagpasira sa establismento gumikan kay wala kini occupancy permit gikan pa sa pag-operate niini niadtong 1995.
"The report rendered to this office has indicated that the Inaki Larrazabal Enterprises, Inc. has been occupying and operating the Ormoc Villa Hotel without the Certificate of Occupancy, contrary to Section 309 of the National Building Code of the Philippines" base sa CDO

Base sa record sa Office of the Building Official (OBO), duha ka notice of violation ang gipadala sa OBO sa Ormoc Villa Hotel.
Niadtong Mayo 2, 2022, giisyu ang first notice of violation alang sa occupancy permit ug pagka Mayo 12, 2022 giisyu ang second notice of violation alang sa pag patang-tang sa estruktura nga nilapas sa government property.
Mayo 23, 2022, nitubag ang pamunoan sa Ormoc Villa Hotel pinaagi ni Andrea Maria Gica ug niingon nga giproseso na nila sa OBO ang occupancy permit alang sa hotel. Padayun na usab karon nga gitang-tang ang estruktura nga nakalapas.
Si Joel Mendoza sa BPLO niingon, nga ang suwat ni Gica dili sakto nga tubag sa ilang gipadala nga suwat niadtong Mayo 19, 2022 pagpangayo og occupancy permit.
"It is the opinion of this office that the processing of the Occupancy Permit Application does not constitute as the rightful response to our letter dated May 19, 2022 since this office has asked for a copy of their Certificate of Occupancy for Ormoc Villa Hotel." matod ni Mendoza
