Press Release: US INCLUDED IN PH TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

Please be urgently advised that Foreign Passengers are PROHIBITED from entering the Philippines effective January 3, 2021, 12:01 AM until January 15, 2021, if they are coming from the UNITED STATES, or have been to the US within 14 days prior to their arrival.

If already in transit and will arrive before January 3, 2021, 12:01AM, a FOREIGN NATIONAL may be admitted into the Philippines but shall be required to undergo an absolute facility-based 14-day quarantine period, notwithstanding a negative RT-PCR test result.

FILIPINO CITIZENS, including dual citizens, will be allowed to enter the Philippines at any time but they shall be required to undergo an absolute facility-based 14-day quarantine period, notwithstanding a negative RT-PCR test result.

IMPORTANT: All passengers, Filipinos or foreigners alike, merely transiting through the United States or any of the countries covered by the Memorandum of the Executive Secretary, dated 29 December 2020, and other succeeding memos, shall not be deemed as having come from or having been to that country, provided the passengers stayed in the airport the whole time and they were not cleared for entry by the immigration authorities of the said country covered by the Philippine travel restrictions.
