I agree with this statement. For me, Trust, is a one-time issue. It is either you can be credible and be trusted, or you cannot. A friend is a true friend, one who will be with you--a close and personal confidant.
People who act like friends, but actually betray their 'friends', talking behind their friends, and allowing others to harm the people who considered them as 'friends' are not real friends.
That is not friendship.
That is a destructive relationship.
The Holy Bible tells us to stay away from people like that. Wolves in Sheeps Clothing.
Nothing positive comes from relationship like that. What kind of friendship are we to acquire from people who are that shallow? To be nice to your frace--but when given the chance, will stab you in the back?
Stick to the REAL friends. Not the fake ones.
As I said, trust, is a One-Time Issue.
I may forgive you for the things you say or do. But I will never be able to trust you after betraying my Trust.
Simple. As. That.
