moderation and down to humility - that's a good statement. I have seen a lot of people who find it difficult to keep successes, for example, to moderation -some of us must have been one of them in past or at present. It gives them pleasure to be on top of everything and to reach their goals no matter what it takes. That's why I was thinking when I read the key words earlier mentioned - obsession, moderation and humility. It seems possible to mix moderation and humility but hard to imagine being obsessive and being humble.

I see that word humble again. I keep on pondering that word jud and I shared it in the other thread about humility. There's a thin line between humility and being proud. As I said, the trouble with humility is that you lost it the moment you even think you have it. Help me guys na ato kining tukion! I really like the word humility. When I think about humility, I think about Mother Theresa...

The word humility have different effects on different people. As they say, its a word that is seldom in neutral gear.

As for me, humility stands for modesty, lacking pretence and not believing that your are superior to others.

everyone is saying it correctly... when one thinks of his successes, excesses and so on...they built a wall that separates you from the rest which is difficult for one to reach out to others... for reaching and sharing is humility...

I agree! reaching out to share your blessing to many and not expect anything in retun, that's one big thing a humble person can do. Even if we don't have money, we can still share like our talent, visiting the sick, giving comfort to people who are sad. I also strive to do corporal acts of mercy because I want to please God and there's no better way to please Him than to do good to mankind.

yes, any process that has something to do with learning for others and for ourselves... is an act of sharing, helping ... in other words " loving ".

kung wala tay pakialam sa uban, nganong magshare man ta? diba? but since, we have that belongingness in here in TB, mao nga dili nato hibaloan ang oras nga naglakaw, because we enjoy the company of each other though wala ta magkita personally, but our heart speaks.
