What’s next?As you walk with Christ, know that the enemy will accuses you day and night, but Jesus is interceding on your behalf. Whenever you fall short of the glory of God, repent –ask God for forgiveness, receive it in Jesus Name and know that God has forgiven you. God tells us in His word that He is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins, to cleanse us from all unrighteousness and remember our sins no more. Confess, repent and receive your forgiveness in Jesus Name. After you asked the Lord for his forgiveness, don’t continue to dwell on your mistakes. If God remembers your sins no more after you repent, why should you?
When the enemy comes and condemns you, the best weapon you have to defeat him is the Word of God. I like to use Romans 8:1, however there are many others to use such as Romans 8:34, which reads: “who then will condemn us? No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us.†God knows that we come short and sin; however, when you repent and ask for forgiveness, your sins are no longer attached to you. Remember, wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty and freedom.
