A Boholano working as a security guard at the Cebu North Bus Terminal shows how an ordinary person can be a Good Samaritan and earn the admiration of many.
The inspiring story starts with GMA-7 “Kapuso†hunk Aljur Abrenica – disguised as a lost traveller, dressed like a street beggar, injured with fresh lesions on his face, a despicable drifter – in trying to find a Good Samaritan.
Despite being brushed aside and ignored by most of those whom he asked for help at the bustling terminal, the disguised actor (Abrenica), finally encountered the golden-hearted security guard, who readily helped him find the address of a long lost relative in Cebu City, took care of him until they reached the residence of the relative – without expecting anything in return.
The story is part of an episode shown on GMA-7’s “Wish Ko Langâ€, a show aiming to make the wishes of tele-viewers come true.
