Hello sister Elsie! I am glad to see that you are in high spirits , as you should! because you are blessed!. Elsie, I am going to be in Bohol this month till the 12th of August. I will talk to you soon, sis! Perhaps we should organize an EB in ICM with you, Ate Lee, Fr. Lungay and anyone else that is going to be in the area on the 15-16th of July. Elsie, I told you before in the phone--keep on smiling, keep on praying, keep on asking for whatever you need because, sister, He will never leave you nor abandon the spirit. God Bless You, be good and be blessed!
Kining gwapo nga verse sa Bible--i would like to share with you. The theme of it is :Asking the Lord for help and never fear asking His Help. Trusting in Him for all things.
1 Kings 3:5-15 "At Gibeon the LORD appeared to Solomon during the night in a dream, and God said, "Ask for whatever you want me to give you." Solomon answered... 'Give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong. For who is able to govern this great people of yours?' The Lord was pleased that Solomon had asked for this. So God said to him, "Since you have asked for this and not for long life or wealth for yourself, nor have asked for the death of your enemies but for discernment in administering justice, I will do what you have asked. I will give you a wise and discerning heart, so that there will never have been anyone like you, nor will there ever be. Moreover, I will give you what you have not asked for—both riches and honor—so that in your lifetime you will have no equal among kings. And if you walk in my ways and obey my statutes and commands as David your father did, I will give you a long life." Elsie, the point of this is to remind us that even a great King like Solomon, who was anointed and chosen by The Lord God , too, himself asked and prayed for the Lord's guidance and asked for help in times of need. As so should we--and follow in that example. As even a great king like Solomon, bowed and prostrated himself to the glorious wisdom and unfathomable help that is in the bosom of the Lord. So keep on asking, keep on praying, and the more the LORD THY GOD will continue to bless you...just keep on praying.
I love you, sis!
