Isles is correct in choosing that quote because there is no where we can go that God cannot follow. In fact, God, because of His Divine Power, is everywhere and with that knows everything. Even if we climb the top of the world to escape Him, still He will be there. If we submerse ourselves to the depths of the sea, still He is there. In fact, there is a verse in the Book of Psalms that expresses David's understanding of this omnipotence of Father God.
Psalm 139
O Lord, you have searched me and known me!
