Attitude and outlook in life helps so much! I am into extreme sports and activities, i.e. skydiving, rock climbing, scuba diving, zumba, swimming, tennis, rollerblading, and riding my harley. It's not only exhilarating but it releases all the tensions and stresses I have.
I stay away from negative people because they tend to also bring you down. So, surround yourself with happy and positive people. Don't sweat the small stuff!
Lastly, find inner peace! Be at peace with yourself and with others!
