A wise man said that anger for a person is
like salt for food. If a proper amount of salt
is used the food taste good. Too much salt
ruins the food. If there's no salt, the food lacks
taste. Similarly, there are times when anger is
appropriate and it is necessary to learn to use
trait wisely. Anger is a deadly poison not only
for the soul but for the body. We should flee
from anger as we would from the worst torture.
Try to understand these lines :-
Only a person who inwardly feels good about
himself will be able to fulfill the commandment
of love your neighbor.
A person lacking internal feelings of self worth
feels a need for honor from others. The greater
the lack of self esteem, the greater the need for
the validation of one's self worth through the
approval of others.
A person who feels inferior becomes irritated
and upset whenever someone tries to point
out his faults. He place the blame for his faults
and shortcomings on others. He is afraid to
take the responsibility for what he does and
blames everyone except himself.
Your attitude is a key factor to your reaction.
When you evaluate something as negative,
awful, tragic, or a misfortune, you will feel
sad, miserable, angry, or full of anxiety. Learn
to differentiate between facts, inferences, and
value judgement. It might be a misconception
or unrealistic expectations and whatever, so
please forget the whole thing and lets move on.
Let's enjoy the squabble, the clash of minds,
outburst of emotions etc. and That's it. The end.
