Noong 1954, Nangyari sa Sagay City, Negros Occidental ang Deadliest Railway Accident sa Pilipinas. Ito ay kumitil ng 82 na pasahero na karamihan ay mga empleyado ng Insular Lumber Company.
Siete is a Mallet type locomotive manufactured by Baldwin Locomotives in 1925 for Insular Lumber Company. She is one of the largest and rarest locomotive here in the Philippines.
Involve in the Philippines deadliest railway accident after she derailed and fell off a wooden bridge killing 82 passengers in September 2, 1954. After ILCo ceased operation they were transferred to Sagay Central but was never used due to track problems. She was rescued from a sad fate by Edgar and Sonia Sarossa who purchased the locomotive and donated it to the Local Government of Sagay in 1977. She is now in public display at Sagay Public Plaza.
