To some people there is something suspicious why Al Gore won the Nobel Peace Prize. After his defeat in the US presidential race he wrote a book the "Inconvenient Truth" and presto won the NPP without a sweat. The same thing with Barack Obama the NPP was served in a silver platter. Mahatma Ghandi was nominated three times but never won the prize. Yasser Arafat a terrorist and Mikhail gorbachev a communist are much better than Ghandi because they handily won the peace prize.
Some Filipinos wonder why Ninoy, Cory and Cardinal Sin did not win the NPP.. while Aung San Suu Kyi still languishing in jail in Burma has already won the NPP. If only Jose Maria Sison was recognized as the leader of people power revolution in the Philippines and not Cory I have this strong feeling that Joema will win the prize... because Joema's political orientation is the belief of Socialism. While Ninoy, Cory and Cardinal Sin; they are not qualified because of their political affiliation. They are not socialists.
