Vegan (Sugar-Free) Cantucci Dipped in Apple NectarCantucci are smaller sized Biscotti that are quite sweet and usually filled with almonds. These are dipped into wine and coffee. The usual recipe has some butter in, as well as lots of sugar. The recipe below uses a small amount of apple syrup as sweetener and oil plus almond butter as the fat. The texture and taste resemble the traditional Cantucci very closely.
