After how many years of experimenting, finally i discovered the recipe of the dressing that i really, really wanted. I onced tried this dressing in Sonoma Market and i was dying to know the secret ingredients. I am so picky when it comes to caesar salad dressings. I dont like to buy it from the jar unless its from Sonoma Market. When we dine out it has to be in a gourmet restaurant when i wanted some caesar salad and i am getting tired of finding the restaurant that serves the kind of dressing that i wanted! Honestly, of all the travels we made, one of my very few reason why i went is to find the right caesar salad. So far there are several that meets my taste buds. One from Sheraton Hotel restaurant in Pynselvania, Whole Foods, Sonoma Market and some gourmet restaurants in Brentwood and it is very imposible for me just visit whenever i wanted to, with regards to my location.
I discovered this recipe few weeks ago and tried to keep it to myself beause i was planning to sell the recipe somewhere else or mass produce it but i realized some of you might wanted it.
Anyhow here is my recipe:
DA BINSI'S EASY CAESAR SALAD DRESSING
2 pcs. anchovy filets with its oil
2 cloves garlic
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. Olive Oil
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until anchovy and garlic is finely chopped.
