Fr., i must say that the kinilaw nga nokos looks really good. When I was in Leyte, my relatives in Padre Burgos prepared a dalupapa that was about 1 meter long for us. We sunugbage'd it, then we also had some part of it kinilawed, and some of it was cooked via adobo-style. Delish!

The pictures you posted look great.

I must recommend this one place in Maribojoc called "Aup Aup". They serve really good fish tinola, sinigang etc.

I must recommend this one place in Maribojoc called "Aup Aup". They serve really good fish tinola, sinigang etc.

During my first experience to the Maribojoc Sabong (Cock Derby), my Uncle Jan took me to Aup Aup because he was hungry--so we drove around Maribojoc's pantalan and lo and behold, there was AUP AUP. We laughed.

The service was good, alot of youngsters were singing / karaoking / and the atmosphere was quite inviting. So we relaxed before going back to the Sabong. It was a good experience--my first time there. :)

Visit it next time , Fr.
