RECIPE

1/2 kg pork liempo, cut into chunks
1 pc (30 g ) small onion, sliced
1/2 tbsp patis

Sauce

1 pouch (200 g) Del Monte Original Style Tomato Sauce
2-1/4 cups water
3 pc okra, each piece cut into two
1-2 pc siling haba
100 g radish, sliced
1 bunch kangkong, leaves and tender stalks only
1 tbsp sinigang mix powder

PROCEDURES

1) Saute onion and pork until golden brown then add patis.

2) Add Del Monte Tomato Sauce and water. Cover and simmer hanggang sa lumambot ang pork.

3) Add vegetables and sinigang mix powder. Allow to simmer and serve.

now pa ko nga naa diay sinigang with tomato sauce.  i'm going to try this.  sundon nako tanan, apil veggies.  wa diay kangkong sa new orleans, fr chic?

Na attract ko sa orange color. Ako gesuwayan ug luto aslom jamo... tiaw bay tomato sauce ug sinigang powder/mix hahaha. Pero ako gipakaon sa mga Amerkano gahapon sa ofiz nahurot baja pod, pero diha poy sarciadong talapia ug adobong baka.

E adjust lang to your liking ang templa aron di kaajo aslom. Ako ge asukaran gamay aron morag McDo spagheti hahaha. Tanggal jud hinoon ka bidli sa liempo tungod sa ka aslom hehehe
