Asa man ang recipe sa meatballs, Ms Grazie?
I have ready-made meatballs in the freezer, but I don't really like the taste of them...

Using your pound of meat, add:
finely minced 2 fresh garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup red pepper or green bell peppers or combination of both, finely chopped
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce, if naa otherwise ok ra wala.
basil, finely chopped
salt and pepper. you may also add 1/2 a teaspoon of ground dried mustard
1 small can of tomato sauce
about a cup of bread crumbs
optional ingredients: you can also add finely chopped carrots and celery. also, pwede dugangan about 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese. yum!
Mix all ingredients. Don't overmix kay magahi imong meat. Fry dayon. The same recipe you can use as meat loaf. Spread the mixture in an ungreased loaf pan, spread about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of ketchup over top. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, in a 350 degrees F oven. Once cooked, let it stand for about 15 minutes before digging in!
